Refurbishing a device doesn't mean cleaning it and reselling it: it means testing, repairing, upgrading and grading it with transparent criteria. That's the work of our lab technicians — and the reason over 90% of the assets we recover return to the market.

The lab process
- Full hardware testing on every component: battery, display, memory, storage, ports
- Repair and upgrades with selected spare parts where needed
- Clear cosmetic grades: every device is classified with honest, verifiable criteria
- Deep cleaning and reinstallation: the device arrives ready to use
Where refurbished hardware ends up
Refurbished devices feed PCUsato.net, our flagship e-commerce for refurbished B2B and B2C hardware in Italy, as well as direct supplies to businesses — including operating leases from 12 to 36 months.
Anything non-recoverable is disposed of under WEEE regulations through certified partners, with proper waste-tracking documentation (FIR).
