Is the certificate valid for GDPR purposes?
The certificate documents that the drive was sanitized using procedures compliant with European standards: it's the documentary evidence a data controller must be able to produce in the event of an audit.
Do you also erase SSDs and mobile devices?
Yes: SSDs, HDDs and removable media. For media that cannot be securely wiped, we proceed with physical destruction and documented WEEE disposal.
Can we witness the erasure?
