From our base in Curno (Bergamo) we arrange collections across Italy, for lots of any size.
How collection works
- 1. Device list: you send us make, model and approximate quantities
- 2. Valuation: if the hardware has residual value, we credit it to you — collection can turn into revenue
- 3. Scheduled pickup: packaging and transport handled by us, multi-site included
- 4. Wipe and paperwork: certified data erasure, full report, WEEE with waste-tracking documentation (FIR) for what can't be recovered
Free collection or value back?
It depends on the material: recent, working hardware carries value that easily covers the logistics and generates a return; very dated hardware may only require compliant disposal. We tell you transparently before the pickup — no surprises on the invoice.
Either way, your company closes the file with complete documentation, ready for accounting and audits.

Every drive is wiped with certified software to European standards, with an erasure certificate issued per device.
